Premier Foods Limited (PFL) scooped 4 awards in November, at awards the Kenya Beverage Excellence Awards (KBEA) and The East Africa Brand Quality Awards (EABQA).PFL was ranked the winner for the most preferred Natural Fruits Beverage Manufacturing in East Africa at the EABQA, and the most preferred ready to drink-Orchid Valley at the KBEA.
Other awards garnered at the KBEA included First Runners up for most preferred dilute to taste PEP juice and most preferred emerging beverage concept-Dawa Drink.

Herbert further added that they source fruits from small-holder farmers within their value chain in a sustainable manner which ensures that the refreshing squashes and classic juices that reach your tabletop are of great taste.
According to Chebet Misoi, head of marketing, PFL is also promoting sustainable markets and the adoption of climate-smart practices for the small-holder farmers in their value chain to ensure their esteemed clients keep enjoying delicious juices and squashes.
The Kenya Beverage Excellence Awards (KBEA), is designed to recognize, celebrate, and award excellence and innovation across every category of the Kenya beverage industry. The award looks at enhancing creativity and excellence in the branding and packaging of the products as a way of creating a healthy competitive advantage across the board.
The East Africa Brand Quality Awards on the other hand have been instituted by Brands Impact to encourage Quality improvements in both manufacturing as well as service sectors in East Africa.
