Premier Foods Limited (PFL) won 2 awards during the Kenya Beverage Excellence Awards (KBEA) 2021. We were ranked winner for the most preferred dilute to taste juice (PEP juice) and the second runners up in the most preferred kid’s juice-Orchid Valley.
The Kenyan Beverage Awards was launched in 2019 to celebrate established brands in the beverage sectors including; bottled water, value-added water, executive branded water, coffee, tea, juices, soft drinks (carbonated and uncarbonated), wines, dairy products, alcoholic brands and energy drinks.
The awards encourage brand uniqueness, innovation, creativity, and originality of the products in the beverage industry.
This year, there were over 500 nomination entries and 40 categories voted by the public across different sectors. 38 winners were identified across the various spheres.

The General Manager, Innovations, S. Dharmarajan stated that they are continuously looking for innovative ways of coming up with new products by listening to their consumers. He also stated that they have launched several products, from Re-charge Dawa Drink, new sauces to different flavors of juices and flavored honey.
